Ziren Xiao


I am a Research Associate at Loughborough University, focusing on reinforcement learning-driven optimization in edge and IoT systems. My research explores adaptive task scheduling, multi-agent collaboration, and intelligent resource allocation in vehicular edge computing and smart city environments.

Our research group is currently seeking highly motivated CSC-funded PhD students. Prospective students will have opportunities to work on cutting-edge topics such as deep reinforcement learning for edge intelligence and digital twin-enabled edge networks.
